    J.T. Pascual Customs Brokerage, a single proprietorship company duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry started its operation in 1987. After 30 years of business, the company now employs highly competent customs representatives that work full-time on the processing of documents, clearances and delivery of cargoes.

 

    Our team is knowledgeable and equipped with the necessary expertise in handling importations and exportations for bulk, general and containerized cargoes; having undergone extensive training and seminars sponsored by the Bureau of Customs and the Chamber of Customs Brokers Inc., and experiences gained from their day-to-day processing and clearing from Customs Bureau.

How much is your rate?

 

The brokerage fee depends on the value of the item(s) being imported. For a sample quotation, you may send us the amount or value of the item that you are planning to import or if possible, send us your invoice to our email at marketing@jtpascual.com and we will provide you with our quotation.

 

 

What are some of the fees that will be shouldered by the client?

Do you also handle bulk cargoes?

 

Yes, as a matter of fact, we have been processing general, containerized, and bulk cargoes for several years already. Our wide experience of dealing with clients from various industries has established the reputation of the company as one of the leading customs brokerage in the Philippines.

 

 

What are the necessary documents for importation?

​

  • Bill of Lading (for sea freight) 

  • Air waybill (for air freight)​

  • Packing list;  

  • Commercial Invoice or Pro-forma invoice;        

  • Import Permit or Clearance;

  • Duly notarized Supplemental Declaration on Valuation (SDV);

  • Authority to Release Imported Goods (ATRIG);

  • Proof of Origin for Free Trade Agreements (FTAs);​

  • Load Port Survey Reports or Discharge Port Survey Reports (bulk or break bulk importations)

  • Other additional documents for specific imported products
